These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website TekFizz Technologies and our creative design services, including but not limited to logo design, branding, and related graphic design work. - Client / You – The individual, business, or organization purchasing our services.
- Services – Logo design, branding, and related creative services we offer.
- Deliverables – The final design files and materials we provide upon project completion.
2. Use of Website
- You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes.
- You must not attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse our website in any way.
3. Scope of Services
- Details of the services you purchase will be as described in your order or project agreement.
- We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order if it violates our policies or is deemed inappropriate.
4. Payment Terms
- All prices are as stated on our website or agreed upon in writing.
- Payment is due

5. Delivery Timeline

6. Revisions
Unlimited of revisions are included in your package.- Additional revisions may be charged if needed after work is over.

5 days of receiving the first draft.
7. Ownership & Intellectual Property
- All rights to the final approved design transfer to the client only after full payment is received.
- We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio, social media, and marketing materials.
- Unapproved concepts, drafts, or unused ideas remain our property.
- The client is responsible for ensuring their provided content (e.g., images, text) does not infringe third-party rights.
8. File Delivery
- Final files will be delivered in
[PNG, JPEG, PDF, CDR, AI, SVG, etc.] via [email / whatsapp / google drive]. - Once files are delivered, we are not responsible for file loss or damage—please store them securely.
9. Refunds & Cancellations
- Due to the nature of creative services, refunds are not provided once work has begun.
- If a cancellation occurs before work starts, a full or partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
- Advance payments for cancelled projects may be non-refundable to cover time reserved.
10. Disclaimers & Limitations
- We do not guarantee any specific business results from the use of our designs.
- We are not liable for any damages, losses, or legal issues arising from the use of our designs after delivery.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate a project or service if:
- The client fails to make payment.
- The client is abusive, uncooperative, or engages in unethical activities.
- The project involves illegal or prohibited content.
12. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, Rajasthan. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
